About — The venue
The Italian Cultural Institute, in Italian Istituto Italiano di Cultura, is an organisation of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responsible for disseminating and promoting Italian language and culture. It is located in the Hôtel de Galliffet, 50 rue de Varenne in the 7th arrondissement of Paris and was inaugurated in 1962. Among its main objectives are the organisation of Italian language and culture courses and the implementation of cultural initiatives focusing on Italy, its cultural, artistic, and scientific life.
The Italian Cultural Institute is accessible via the Rue du Bac metro station.
